The delivery costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

Outdoor kitchens:

Installed and delivered to the front door on the ground floor: € 199 (by appointment)

Completion at the desired location on the ground floor: € 299 (by appointment)

Completing and installing BBQ on the ground floor: €399 (by appointment)

Standard package 0 kg to 10 kg - € 6.95 (parcel post)

Standard package 10 kg to 20 kg - € 11.95 (parcel post)

For outdoor kitchens that cannot be supplied on the ground floor, we charge between €149 and €179 per hour for the rental of a moving lift. This depends on the location. Please note: a moving lift can usually reach a maximum of the 8th floor.

Please note: the delivery times and prices indicated above are only an indication. No rights can be derived from these delivery times. On public holidays, different delivery times apply for certain days.

What can I expect upon delivery and what should I take into account?

 

Before a kitchen is delivered, we will always contact you to make an appointment.

Delivery and installation is done exclusively by our own professional drivers and technicians.

The outdoor kitchen is delivered assembled and can be adjusted to a paved and level surface at an additional cost.

Connecting a sink and tap is not part of our work, we recommend having this work carried out by a professional plumber.

You will receive a message from us no later than one day before delivery stating the expected delivery time. This remains an indication, if we are delayed, we will contact you.

After installation, we will check the outdoor kitchen again, do you agree? Please provide a signature upon receipt.

NB:

The location where the kitchen is to be located must be easily accessible via a paved and level surface.

A minimum passage of 78 cm wide is required, such as garden doors and fences.

The kitchen must also be placed on a paved and level surface.

If the kitchen does not need to be placed on the ground floor, additional costs may apply, such as renting a moving lift.

Where can I find the status of my order?

The expected delivery time of your order is stated in the confirmation email. The expected delivery time is stated in working days: weekends and public holidays are therefore not included. As soon as your order is shipped, you will be notified by email.

What happens if I am not at home when the carrier tries to deliver a package?

The package will be presented twice in the case of a PostNL shipment and three times in the case of a DPD shipment.

Can I still change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, you can usually no longer change the delivery address. Therefore, always think carefully about the delivery address you choose. If you are not at home during the day, you may be able to have the package delivered to a family member or to your work. As a customer, you are responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

Roostr reserves the right to pass on to the customer any costs resulting from an apparent error when specifying the delivery address by the customer. A shipment that goes missing as a result of an incorrectly specified delivery address is at the expense and risk of the customer.

Can I have my order delivered to an address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?

Yes, Roostr also delivers throughout Europe upon consultation.
